Proof of vaccination or negative test results are no longer required by the State of New York in order to attend an event.
However, if the event would like their guests to continue to submit, please see below.
COVID-19 Tests must be taken within 72 hours of the Event Date and negative tests results must be submitted within 3 days of the event date. Vaccination verification may be uploaded at any time.
Acceptable tests are authorized polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or other nucleic acid amplification test (NAATs) of comparable analytical sensitivity.
Rapid tests are included as acceptable forms of testing.
