James Fennimore Cooper, author of the novel The Last of Mohicans, once endorsed the notion of renaming Lake George to Lake Horicon,
which means clear, silvery waters. The gabled bay window of this king suite allows you to watch the sunrise over Lake George
and the surrounding mountains. The chaise lounge and club chairs makes the Horicon a fine place to get away.

Its furnishings are lavish and soothing, as is the Horicon’s elegant-tiled bath, complete with an oval 2-person jacuzzi tub
and separate walk-in shower.
–

flat-screen cable television, DVD player, mini-fridge, reserved parking space, complimentary turn-down service in the evenings,
and a farm fresh breakfast each morning of a guest’s stay. The Horicon Suite is a short reach to the Erlowest’s elevator.
