The table is the center of the world. The table
is a place where relationships are built and where deals
are made. Here at our
Lake George bed and breakfast, we wish
to touch the soul and heart through our dedicated
thoroughness and quality craftsmanship. The soul
of a man who eats well is warm and friendly.
Cuisine is evolution through creativity. In the short
time of being open my strong French influences have been
evolving into more of a local cuisine. My cuisine has
become an innovative interruption of the local
ingredients in and around the Adirondacks. Within a
matter of months we have created strong relationships
with local farmers and our cuisine has only the limits
of what the farmers can grow. We also have the
influences of the large garden on the estate grounds.
We offer two different tasting
menus there are a few different reasons we offer these
menus. One is the opportunity for you the guest to
sample different flavors, ingredients and cooking
methods. Two it is proven that the mind will become
bored from experiencing the same flavor over a certain
amount of time. The courses on the Tasting Menu are
small and having many courses to entertain your brain
and stimulate your palette. We also have wine parings
that enhance the dining experience even more.
