This room was named for General William Howe who was the Commander-in-Chief of the British Army during the Revolutionary War. He retired and returned to England in 1778. The Far East-inspired design of this guest suite is richly colored and commodious with canopied king mahogany bed and Indonesian hand-carved chaise lounge. The gas fireplace is located almost bedside and the chaise is perfect for watching television, reading or just relaxing and gazing at the lake and mountains.
